FAQ

No, we encourage football athletes starting as young as 9th Grade to compete at the GRIDIRON SHOWCASE. It is never to soon for you to get your name in front of the College Coaches.
All athletes should be prepared with a pair of cleats as well as their own football helmets. If you do not own your own helmet, please contact your high school coach to see if you can borrow one. Athletes will be provided with a customized jersey that they are too wear throughout the clinic, otherwise please dress appropriately. Rising Seniors, please bring a copy of your high school transcript. Transcripts will be provided to all College Football Coaches for recruiting purposes. It is recommended that all athletes attending the GRIDIRON SHOWCASE bring their own water (we will also provide plenty of water) sunscreen, and a towel.
Yes we allow athletes to sign up the day of the event so long as we have not already met the 500 athlete limit. those looking to sign up on the day of the event must bring with them a completed registration form and have full payment.
There will be food and hydrating beverages available on-site to purchase, and athletes are encouraged to bring their own food.
For any QB-only prospects, we will have a dedicated college coach who will work with the QB group during each individual period.
Absolutely, we will have dedicated periods for Specialists to demonstrate their talents in front of all of the college coaches.
No the GRIDIRON SHOWCASE is an elite level high school football clinic, and is intended for football athletes looking to impress College Football Scouts.
No the GRIDIRON SHOWCASE is not an overnight Camp.
Yes, Absolutely. Parents are encouraged to stay and watch the on-field skill practice and competitions. Bleachers are set up at most fields and parents can get a close look at drills and games. The GRIDIRON SHOWCASE has dedicated segments like the recruiting seminar which are geared towards helping parents with their child’s recruiting experience. Parents are also encouraged to interact with the GRIDIRON SHOWCASE’s sponsors, who are there to exhibit their innovative new safety and recovery technology.
By completing the 2-Day clinic you will improve your football skills and technique. During those two days College Coaches will instruct you using the same drills and teaching points as they do with their Athletes. Those same College Coaches are the ones doing the recruiting for their schools. You will be showcasing your talents to the decision makers who will be determining who will get scholarships.
No, the GRIDIRON SHOWCASE is a helmets-only clinic. All of the drills utilized during the clinic will be non-contact. The only exception will be with the offensive and defensive lineman, who by nature of the position will engage in light contact during drills.
